Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Virraly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Akshit Sethi (the creator and operator of Virraly).

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement to use Virraly. By using the service, you represent that this is the case. Virraly is intended for creators, marketers, and businesses — not for personal consumer use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@virraly.in if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

Virraly is a software-as-a-service tool that uses AI to generate Instagram-style carousel content (text, structure, and copy) based on inputs you provide. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your specific requirements.

You agree not to use Virraly to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or violates third-party rights.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content intended to mislead audiences.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or infrastructure.
• Circumvent usage limits, share accounts across multiple users, or resell access to the service.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (topic, audience, tone). The AI-generated output produced from your inputs is assigned to you — you may use, modify, and publish it as you see fit, subject to the acceptable use terms above.

We do not claim any ownership over your generated content. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content within the app for the purpose of providing the service to you.

All elements of Virraly — including the app design, interface, branding, and underlying software — are owned by Akshit Sethi. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the Virraly name, logo, or trademarks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akshit Sethi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Virraly — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Akshit Sethi from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Virraly, your violation of these terms, or content you generate and publish using the service.

You may terminate your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability, indemnification) will do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are located in the EU, you may also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
