Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your Virraly account and all of the data associated with it. This action cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

Submitting a deletion request permanently removes the following from our systems:

Account data — your name, email address, and login credentials.
Generated content — every carousel and slide produced under your account.
Prompt history — the topics, audiences, and tones you submitted.
Usage & subscription records — kept only as long as legally required for tax and accounting, then erased.

Timeline

Once your request is verified, your account is deactivated immediately and all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

This is permanent. Deleted accounts and content cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not automatically stop billing.

Prefer to do it in-app?

You can also delete your account instantly from within the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. The form below is for users who no longer have access to the app.
