Virraly offers paid subscription plans that unlock higher usage limits and additional features. Current plan details, pricing, and feature limits are displayed within the app and on the Virraly store listing. Prices are shown in your local currency as determined by the App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) — we do not process payments directly.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the point of subscription. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. Each user is eligible for one free trial per subscription type.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store or Play Store purchases directly. To request a refund:
We may change subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will notify you in advance. The new price will apply starting from your next renewal date. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel before the renewal date.
Each subscription plan includes a defined number of carousel generations per billing period. Unused generations do not roll over to the next period. If you reach your limit, you may upgrade your plan or wait until your next billing cycle resets your allowance.
A Virraly account is required to use a paid subscription. Subscriptions are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another account or user.
